Metabolic Physique-Style Training
What does that mean? Well, let’s break it down. Metabolic training is made up of compound exercises, with little rest, in an effort to maximize calorie burn and increase metabolic rate during and after the workout. Physique-style training, in essence, is training for aesthetics. The goal is to improve body composition by increasing lean muscle while reducing body fat.
True Strength
Progressive Overload-Style Training
In True Strength, the focus is progressive overload. Progressive overload means you are continually increasing the demands on your muscle in order to maximize gains in strength, size, or endurance.
If you want a bigger chest, bigger glutes, capped shoulders, etc… True Strength is the class for you! There is NO cardio in this one hour class and the pace is much slower than TC50. It is recommend that you attend at least one True Strength class a week.
